Underworld Ascendant, spiritual sucessor to Ultima Underworld being developed by OtherSide Entertainment. Development staff include industry veterans who developed Neverwinter Nights, Deus Ex, Thief, BioShock, The Last of Us.

The Trouble with Trek:
Connection problems with Star Trek Online. Massive rubberbanding when connecting to Cryptic Server, game is unplayable. Unplayable rubberbanding absent from other online services and games. Changed out everything. ISP says connection is five by five.

Resident Evil Revelations 2, complete season purchased. I have faith in development team as they seem to have been given latitude main team lacks.

Dragon Ball XenoVerse looks awesome and I can't wait to play it. Will probably be the subject of bi-weekly segments for some time.
Famitsu takes a hatchet to Xenoverse. Rated 30/40, about 75% History of similar Dragonball scores.

Famitsu rated FFXIII the same as FFX, higher than almost every main Final Fantasy entry ever. Except for FFXII, which received a perfect score.

Bethesda announces its first E3 Press Conference. Doom 4 already revealed at E3 2014 and showed behind closed doors at Quakecon, expected to have a major showing at presser. Potential Fallout/Elder Scrolls game reveal hype spreading. Other titles expected include Dishonored 2.

Sorry if you get this twice, you can ignore this if so. I was sad to hear about Monty Oum; I heard it from you first. The loss of his talents diminish the world of 3d animators.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I wanted to know your opinions of team-based multiplayer games such as WoT and War Thunder, and if you played or had any interest in them. I know you like Halo, but neither of those games have unlimited respawns so the dynamics and combat change.
